• You authorize our AI systems to respond to leads, capture information, book appointments, or send automated messages on your behalf.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions to allow us to process caller information for service delivery and optimization.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for service plans, software usage, or subscription programs must be made according to the pricing and billing schedule provided upon signup.

• All fees are billed in advance unless specified otherwise.
• Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
• Setup fees, onboarding fees, or subscription fees are non refundable unless stated in writing.
• Your continued use of services after billing renewals confirms consent to recurring charges.
